Handmade leather belts: how do we work at Nona|bcn?<\/h2>\n

The creative process of each belt begins with its design, it is at this point where every detail of the variants that will shape the final product is studied: leather thicknesses, widths, colors, textures, trends, jewel buckle design, crystals and stones more suitable for each belt. After a process of drawing and pattern making, we make some first samples that once improved we go on to produce by hand.<\/p>\n

Choosing the best leather is one of our challenges. We always use cowhide obtained through vegetable tanning processes<\/a> with the utmost respect for the environment. Leather tanned with chestnut, mimosa and quebracho vegetable extracts and greased with a mixture of special oils that give it flexibility and a characteristic patina.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_single_image image=”19089″ img_size=”full” alignment=”right”][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]In the workshop itself, each one of the handmade leather belts<\/strong> is made, with all the dedication and knowledge of the leatherwork techniques of expert artisans. From the design, the purchase of materials, the entire production process, the sale and the customer service, to the shipment to the final customer.
